John Scott
John Scott is a broadcasting veteran with 10 years of corporate management experience within multiple Fortune 500 companies.  The last seven years as the owner of the IRT Network, Scott has been known to the racquetball world as “The Mouth.”  John Scott is not only a professional broadcaster, director, and executive producer, he is seasoned in many corporate management roles.  He was one of the youngest managers at his time with Charter Communications and has managed a headcount of fifty people while overseeing a yearly budget of thirty million dollars.

Scott has the passion, ability, and intelligence to create what he calls a racquetball renaissance, citing that “our time is now.”
Andy Kulback
IRT Commissioner
Andy Kulback brings a wealth of racquetball experience to his new position. He previously served as the Deputy Commissioner of both the Women’s Professional Racquetball Organization (WPRO) and the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT).  

Kulback plans to utilize the skills and knowledge he gained with the WPRO and LPRT in his new position with the IRT. “I just want to take the experience that I have and the knowledge that I have to help grow this Tour into something bigger than it is today,” Kulback said.


Steve Kowalski
IT Consultant
Steve began his career in nuclear engineering, developing computer-based education and training programs for college and the industry before moving into human resources. Nearly twenty years ago he started working for 20/10 Solutions, an internet development design and marketing firm for electronic and printed materials, where he now serves as VP of Internet Development.   
Mark Vinciguerra       Director of Media Outreach
A former collegiate racquetball player (Syracuse University/SUNY Oswego), Mark Vinciguerra now oversees media outreach for the IRT.  In his position, Vinciguerra works closely with the IRT promotions and marketing team and deals directly with media outlets to obtain coverage of IRT tournaments and events.  The Tour and its players/events have been featured in a variety of television, radio stations, newspapers, and websites—including a NY Times story on IRT pro, Kane Waselenchuck.  Vinciguerra is the Publisher/General Manager of Columbia-Greene Media in upstate NY, and resides in the Albany area with his wife Kathleen and two children—Jessica and Christopher.
Eric Mueller                         Media Manager


Eric Mueller served on the 2014 United Healthcare US OPEN Media Team, and with a degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Mueller brings experience in sports reporting, marketing, and public relations for organizations like the Pioneer Press, St. Paul Saints professional baseball team, Gopher Sports Marketing at the University of Minnesota, and the 2015 Cowles Cup Champion Chicago Bandits professional softball team.
