MRF and Pets for Vets Form Partnership

The Military Racquetball Federation (MRF) recently announced a partnership with Pets for Vets, Inc. (PFV) to support their mutual goal, assisting Wounded Warriors. PFV is a charitable organization dedicated to rescuing shelter animals before training and pairing them with American verterans who have a desire for a companion. MRF will be a vehicle to raise awareness and funds for PFV by providing exposure through MRF media outlets, events, and dedicated promotions.

Pets for Vets will distribute literature, show videos, and have representatives and dogs on site during MRF events. In addition, MRF will work with partners like USA Racquetball and it’s state affiliates, racquetball manufacturers, as well as IRT professional players to promote this partnership, extending the reach and awareness.

Major events like the MRF National Championships, the 3 Wallball World Championships, and the World Outdoor Racquetball National Championships will feature this partnership and provide exposure for the two organizations’ mutual support of Wounded Warriors.

Hank Marcus, MRF Co-Founder, was enthusiastic about this new partnership and commented, “Pets for Vets is a great initiative supporting the healing process for Wounded Warriors who have made great sacrifices for our country, returning from battle with injuries of all levels. One of our key programs at the MRF is to help support these Wounded Warriors by offering them the opportunity to learn and perhaps ultimately compete in the sport of racquetball.”

Clarissa Black, Founder of Pets for Vets, is excited about partnering with MRF. “MRF has already changed the lives of numerous veterans and this partnership will provide both organizations additional opportunities to positively impact more Wounded Warriors.“
