Galaxy Custom Printing Partners to Promote Racquetball

Galaxy Logo CroppedThe men’s professional International Racquetball Tour (IRT) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Galaxy Custom Printing. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Galaxy Custom Printing is responsible for the return of Tier 1 racquetball to Atlanta for the first time in nearly 20 years. During the first half of the 2015-2016 IRT Season, Galaxy Custom Printing served as the title sponsor, which opened the door to the opportunity with the IRT.

“I was there at the event and saw how awesome they [The IRT Network] did with the commentators and how they stayed active and kept the guests that are watching the film excited about the match,” Williams said. “Everyone was finding it very exciting and I was hearing a lot of rave reviews and I was like this is something I wanted to be a part of.”

Besides sponsoring the Atlanta event, Galaxy Custom Printing supports other racquetball tournaments, is the new semifinals sponsor on The IRT Network, and sponsors Tour players Daniel De La Rosa, Jose Rojas, Sebastian Franco, Maurice Miller and Austin Cunningham in addition to donating to The Reaching Your Dream Foundation.

“We sponsor many players who are trying to reach their dreams and goals with professional racquetball,” Williams said. “Galaxy Custom Printing sponsors and helps them reach their goals with travel, entry fees and room and board.”

The company helps customers’ images and ideas come to life through banners, brochures, fliers, printed tee-shirts, and CD cover designs while also providing custom logo and photo editing services. Williams joined Desmond Walker as business partners in December of 2013 to create Galaxy Custom Printing. Williams, who is also CEO of Williams Accounting and Consulting, brought over a decade of business experience to the equation while Walker added his printing experience.

Williams is ecstatic to partner with the IRT. “It is a great opportunity to join an organization that has so much respect in the racquetball community and touches thousands,” Galaxy Custom Printing CEO Donald Williams said of the new relationship. “I think it would be crazy for us not to join ventures with a business that has a positive reputation and that connects with thousands of people.”

IRT President Jason Mannino is also delighted to welcome Galaxy Custom Printing as a Partner. “Donald has become one of the top supporters of racquetball over the past few months, helping to raise awareness of our sport and bring elite competition to fans everywhere,” Mannino said. “As always, we also appreciate our fans’ support of IRT Partners. Without them, there wouldn’t be a Tour.”

The IRT and Galaxy Custom Printing are optimistic for the future of this partnership. “We are excited and looking forward for this joint venture and hopefully we can grow together,” Williams said.
